UPDATED BELOW 9/23/09...

I have had this TV for regarding two weeks currently and will not be a lot of pleased! My A/V setup was in place when it arrived and every one I had to try to to was connect the HDMI to begin watching tv. i'm running HD cable (HDMI), Wii (Component), Blu Ray (HDMI), and a camera (HDMI) for the duration of the Denon AVR-1910. solely the HDMI out from the Denon to the TV is required because it switches and upconverts all video.
So once I plugged it in, cable channels started showing...except for two HD channels - simply got a black screen. I spent forty five minutes adjusting resolution ins/outs on the cable box, receiver, and television to no avail. Finally, I rebooted the cable box, and there they were. Yes, I ought to have tried that 1st. Anyway, everything has been running while not issue.

I must say, this image is hell for leather attractive. I spent lots of your time researching TV's and checking them out within the stores; LG, Sony, Sharp, Toshiba, LCD, LED, etc... however I continuously came back to the current Samsung LED line of sets. I had scan reviews talking regarding ""searchlights"" within the corners, and conversely, dark spots within the corners. the previous issue I never extremely saw firsthand. The dark spots though, I did notice within the stores.
